Cancellation Policy

• How can I cancel an order?
  

  An order can be cancelled from the ‘Order Details’ screen on our website/ app (‘Platform’) or by calling our customer care number 99989 61246 before it is marked as “Out for Delivery”. Else, a refund will be processed as per the Refund Policy.

Return Policy

• What is the time period for return of orders?
  

  We have product specific return policy. The return window ranges from 0-7 days from the date of delivery. The information regarding the return policy can be found on the product page.

  Please check the return policy before placing any order.

• Which Products are not eligible for Returns?
  

  Products Not Eligible for Return- As per terms offered by us on the website/application, the products shall not be eligible for a return under the following circumstances.

  • If the item has been opened, partially used or disfigured;
  • If the product has been tampered with;
  • If the product packaging and/or packaging box and/or packaging seal has been tampered with. The user is strongly advised to check the package carefully at the time of acceptance of products by the user from the user’s delivery agent and it is emphasized that the user should not accept the order if the package appears to be tampered;
  • If it is mentioned on the product detail page that the product is non-returnable
  • Any accessories/freebies supplied with the product are missing
  • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty;
  • The product is without original packing and accessories/freebies;
  • If the product is damaged due to misuse;

How to Return?

You can raise a return request within the time frame mentioned above by following these simple steps on the Platform:

1. Go to My Orders;
2. Select the respective order and click on ‘RETURN’;
3. Check to see if the product/s that you wish to return are returnable and have an active return window;
4. Select the item you wish to return with quantity and reason for return
5. After your return request has been processed, you will receive approval from us by phone or message within 24 to 48 hours, after which you will be able to return.
6. The courier charge for the order you return will not be refunded

Additional Note:

Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product detail page or items whose return window has expired cannot be returned.

If such an item is indeed returned along with another returnable item, therefor we will disallow a refund or return of the “Non-Returnable” product to you when our team verifies the returned item(s).

In case of dispatching any medicine other than ordered from our side, the courier charge will also be refunded and the amount of the medicine actually ordered will be credited to your wallet.

In such a case you have to return the order to our address first then we will send the actually ordered medicine and there will be no shipping charge for it.

Refund Policy

Orders that have been cancelled by the website / application or the customer or the goods returned by the customer, the refund of each will be credited to the wallet of the website / application first, the customer will be able to utilise this amount in subsequent orders.

If the amount returned to the customer through the website / application, and the customer wish to transfer amount to his bank account, therefore your bank information has to be sent to us by email, we will be deposit as per refund policy.

When can I expect the amount to be refunded?

Please note that the refund amount mentioned at the time of return on the Platform is an estimate and will be finalised after completion of verification. Once the courier received at our location and the product is verified by our team, a refund of the total amount paid for the products returned by you will be initiated for eligible returns as mentioned above.

The amount is expected to reflect in your account after completion of verification from the team per the following timelines

The sanctioned amount will be credited to the website / application wallet within 1 business working days.

In order to deposit the sanctioned refund amount in your bank account, your bank information has to be sent to us by email, we will deposit the amount in 2 to 3 working days

You understand and acknowledge that we reserve the rights to claim back any refund that has been processed by us as a result of fraudulent activities such as return of wrong products or wrong quantity of the products.

When can I expect to get return the cancelled order amount?

The amount of the order canceled by the customer will be refunded within 3 to 4 business working days.

The amount of the order canceled through the website / application will be refunded within 1 business working day.

Shipping and Delivery policy

In order to provide good service and timely and efficient delivery, please provide correct contact details including Zip code etc... In the Registration Form. It is very important for us to have your accurate contact number and email address for communication. This will help provide excellent services to you

The shipping charge for the order will be announced to the customer at the time of billing.

In addition, the delivery time is estimated, delivery schedule which depends on the courier company.

Shipping related information is sent to the registered mobile through the website / application, so you can track the actual location and update of the courier.

The estimated time of delivery within India is generally 5-7 business days, time may vary according to your delivery location.

Please note that if your location is not served by our regular courier channels, then we will be dispatching your order through Speed Post. In such cases, delivery duration may vary from 7-10 days.

Orders placed from North East states of India require minimum 10-12 business days for delivery
